Return and Refund Policy

At Aura Ember, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging. We may not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Aura Ember.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where their nature, condition, or applicable laws prevent a return. Any such exclusions will be communicated where applicable.
